Description
The L-shaped agricultural range at Pen-Isa'r-Llan is constructed from local rubble and features corrugated asbestos roofs. The primary section, located to the northeast, has a medium-steeply pitched roof and is a large rectangular barn with wide central entrances that reach up to the eaves. It also has flanking slit ventilators and an entrance with a stable door on the left side. The southwestern return section consists of two parts: a taller barn positioned at right angles to the primary block on the left, and a lower cowhouse range that is set back and slightly overlaps the gable end of the barn. This cowhouse range is divided into two sections, with the northwestern section slightly advanced. Each section contains three cowhouse entrances with slatestone lintels and boarded stable-type doors, while the fourth entrance from the left is blocked up. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
