Description
Ty'n Llan Bach is a house constructed of whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a roof made of small slates. It features a large stone stack at the right end and a smaller stone stack on the ridge at the left end, which likely serves the adjoining Ty'n Llan. The building has two storeys, with a small 4-pane sash window located under the eaves above a large 12-pane square sash window positioned to the right of centre. To the left, there is a half-glazed door with six panes. Attached to the right end is a single-storey outbuilding that includes a fixed 6-pane window at the extreme left and a broad small-paned window to the right. Additionally, there are two pig-sties connected at the northwest corner.
