Description

Glanyrhyd is a house constructed of whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone end stacks. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The upper windows are 6-pane casements that have replaced the original sashes, while the lower windows are 12-pane and hornless, positioned on either side of a half-glazed central door. The ground floor windows are accented with stone voussoirs, and the door has a timber lintel. The upper windows are located under the eaves. There are lean-tos on each end of the house, each containing a window and a door, although they are not identical. The lean-to on the right has a corrugated-iron roof.
