Description
Penrhos is a small farmhouse with an attached farm building, likely used as an animal shelter, built in a line. The structure is made of rubble and features a grouted small slate roof. It has gable end stacks with dripstones, with the principal stack located on the right side. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a two-unit plan, with a central doorway set beneath a curved canopy porch. Flanking the doorway are four-pane sash windows on the ground floor, while smaller pivoting four-pane windows are positioned above. At the rear, there is a small outshut. The adjoining farm building, which is probably a cowhouse, is continuous with the farmhouse but is lower in height. It has a single window on the left side and three doorways.
