Description
Ty'n Llan is a house constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone end stacks. The larger stack is located at the left end, while a smaller stack is positioned on the ridge between Ty'n Llan and Ty'n Llan Bach. The building is two storeys high, with a low upper floor that has one 4-pane sash window under the eaves on the right side. The ground floor includes a ledged door positioned right of centre, flanked by square 12-pane sash windows on each side. These windows are not symmetrically placed, and the heads of the windows and door rise from right to left.
At the rear, there is a raking buttress, a square 12-pane sash window to the left, a half-glazed door to the right, and a small upper window at the extreme left.
Attached at the left corner by a short length of wall is a whitewashed outbuilding, which has a small slate roof and a door in its right end wall.
