Description

10 Palace Street is a late Georgian, two-bay, three-storey house featuring scribed roughcast walls and rusticated angle pilaster strips. It has a slate roof with dentilled eaves. The windows are set in their original openings but display late 19th-century details, including rusticated architraves on the upper storey and moulded architraves on the middle storey, along with sill bands. The original sashes have been replaced with 20th-century four-pane windows. The lower storey includes a late 20th-century shop front.
