Description

Plas Isaf is a late Georgian two-storey house. The front facade is rendered with deep scored lines to mimic stonework, featuring channelled quoins and a band course running just below the eaves. The roof is slate, with wide bracketed eaves and chimney stacks finished in cement render and pebbledash. The windows are 12-pane sashes, each with a label moulding above the ground-floor openings. A panelled front door is topped by a fanlight recessed within a bracketed hood. A later splayed bay window has been added to the left side, featuring casement glazing. The rear of the house has 2-pane sashes. A three-storey cross wing extends from the right rear and is largely a modern conversion of former outbuildings, incorporating a splayed bay window facing the garden. Inside, the Drawing Room retains a reeded fireplace.
