Description
Bryn Eglwys is a 2-storey building designed in an L-shape, featuring a 3-window front range that is positioned at right angles to the road, with an equal-height 2-bay range to the rear on the right that runs parallel to the road. The exterior is finished in roughcast and rendered rubblestone, accented with painted quoins, a string course, and window surrounds. The roof is slate, with an integral end stack located to the left of the main range. The central bay on the front has a slightly projecting gable and an open ground floor that includes a 4-panel door, where the top panels are glazed, serving as the entrance. The building has late 20th-century 2-light multi-paned Gothic windows throughout, which have replaced earlier windows of a similar design. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
