Description
1 Ty'n-fawnog is a 3-bay, 2-storey building with a rectangular plan, oriented roughly north-south. It features a full-height range at right angles to the rear, creating an L-shaped layout. The ground floor is constructed of roughly coursed rubblestone, which transitions to larger, more regularly coursed and dressed slabs on the upper level. The building is topped with a graded slate roof.
The front facade has three windows with irregular spacing; the left and center windows are closely set. The first-floor windows are unhorned 12-paned sashes, while the ground floor features 4-paned sashes, all with slate cills. The central entrance is accentuated by a prominent 20th-century gabled porch, and there are integral end stacks, with the right side being roughcast. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
