Description

Pond of irregular oval plan with low rubble retaining walls. At the N end is a depressed-arch with carved classical head forming an applied keystone. Above this the revettment slopes up to form a hump in the middle with a surmounting angel figure; this section of wall has brick copings and flanking urns. A metalled path leads around the perimeter of the pond.
