Description
3 Elizabeth Terrace is part of a group of four cottages located in Glasinfryn. They were likely built in the early 19th century during a period of expansion in the village, or possibly represent a remodelling of earlier cottages.
The cottages feature rubble stonework, originally rendered, and have a slate roof. They are arranged in a curve along the High Street, with a pebbled path running between the front wall and the road. Each cottage is two storeys high with two bays, a central six-panel part-glazed door, and two-light paned timber windows. The upper floor includes raised dormers beneath small gables, and there are gable stone stacks with various pots. At the rear, there is a single-storey service extension. The facade of this cottage still retains its rendered finish.
