Description

2 Elizabeth Terrace, built probably in the early 19th century, is part of a group of four cottages in Glasinfryn. The building features rubble stonework, which was originally rendered, and has a slate roof. It is constructed on a curve that follows the High Street, with a pebbled path between the front wall and the road. The cottage is two storeys high with two bays, a central six-panel part-glazed door, and two-light paned timber windows. The upper floor includes raised dormers beneath small gables, and there are gable stone stacks with various pots. At the rear, there is a single-storey service extension. Notably, this cottage was originally a single bay with a room on each floor, and it has recently had its original rendering removed. It is now combined with No. 1.
