Description

The former haybarn at Parciau Mawr is an open-sided structure consisting of four bays. It features heavy stone block pillars, each with a wider plinth, which support timber wall plates and a half-braced king-post roof structure. The roof is covered with slate and includes vents. The east gable is solid and has an integral lean-to that incorporates a brick chimney stack connected to a small hearth. The west wall has a high segmentally arched opening.
