Description

6 Bridge Street is a 3-storey, single-bay shop with a dwelling above. It features scribed roughcast walls and a graded slate roof supported by a moulded wooden eaves cornice. The lower storey has a late 20th-century shop front with a recessed door on the left side, while the cornice of an earlier shop front has been preserved. The middle storey contains a 12-pane hornless sash window, and above it is a 9-pane sash window, both of which have sill bands that continue from 2 Bridge Street. The left gable end, above 8 Bridge Street, is also roughcast and includes a small attic 2-pane sash window, along with a parapet that conceals a gabled rear wing.
