Description

This building is a locomotive shed, constructed with regularly coursed and dressed slate slabs and featuring a slate roof. It has a rectangular plan with a roughly central catslide lean-to on the east side. The gable end to the north has a wide entrance supported by a steel lintel, and there is a short integral stack on the south gable end. Inside, the structure is supported by A-frame roof trusses.
