Description

Melin y Gof, also known as Stanley Windmill, is a tapering circular windmill tower that stands three stories tall. It is constructed from rubble masonry, which is rendered and whitewashed. The openings in the tower are square-headed, featuring a single double-doored entrance and small lights on each storey. The height of the tower has been increased by one storey to include a viewing studio, which has eight large windows around its circumference and a flat roof.
