Description

Melin Uchaf, also known as Melin Maelgwyn, is a four-storey, full-height windmill tower dating from the 18th century. The tower has a circular plan with slightly tapering walls constructed of rubble masonry, some of which has been rendered. It is capped with corrugated iron. There are doorways at ground and first floor levels, and rectangular windows at each of the four storeys.
