Description

The bridge over the Afon Braint is a stone structure featuring an elliptical arch, with small rectangular openings on either side. The bridge has been widened on the upstream side to the north. The arch is constructed with roughly dressed voussoirs and is slightly inset below an extrados course made of narrow slabs, which sits above rubble masonry. The parapet is rough, and there is a stone inscribed with the date 1773.
