Description
Llanfoi consists of a range of late 18th century cottages, specifically Nos 1, 2, and 3. Above the doorway of Llanfoi No. 3, there is an inscribed stone featuring the initials J M P and the date 1777. The cottages are constructed from rubble masonry with a rendered finish and have slate roofs topped with tall rectangular rendered stacks.
The building is two storeys high and features a two-window range, with a modern doorway and casement windows that have slate sills. The first-floor windows are set in broad gabled half dormers. At the right (eastern) end, there is a single-storey bay with a hipped roof, which has a doorway offset to the left and a single window to the right. Additionally, there is a single-storey modern extension at the far right (eastern) end.
The interior was not inspected during the survey.
