Description

Llanfoi consists of a range of late 18th century cottages, specifically Nos 1, 2, and 3. Above the doorway of Llanfoi No. 3, there is an inscribed stone that features the initials J M P and the date 1777. The cottages are constructed from rubble masonry and are rendered, topped with slate roofs that have tall rectangular rendered stacks with capping.

The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range with a central doorway. The doorway has a modern door, and the windows are casement style with slate sills. The first floor features gabled half dormers. The range includes end stacks, with the one on the right (east) being shared with the adjacent cottage.

The interior was not inspected during the survey.
