Description

Early 19th century remodelling of earlier building. 2-storey, 3-bay tenement with dormers and pend and licensed premises at ground. Cream sandstone rubble. Base and eaves course, raised margins.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: door to cetnre; deep-set door to pand to right and wide window (modern fixed 16-pane) to left. Regular fenestration above.

Plate glass sash and case windows, modern glazing to attic. Grey slate roof, modern slate-hung twin dormer; ashlar coped skew to left with harled stack.
