Description

Early 20th century. Single storey 3-bay rectangular plan cottage style estate building, located to the S of Glenmuick House walled garden. Tudor half timbering with decorative bracing design to upper wall and rendered infill panels. Striking broad piended roof carried over polygonal verandah with rustic timber columns to E, N and W elevations.

FURTHER DESCRIPTION: N (principal) elevation with doorway to centre flanked by prominent broad canted bay to left. Concrete base course, reed-moulded timber frame with rendered infill panels. Later 20th century (1960 to 1980) brick bases to timber columns.

18 over 2 sash and case timber windows. 6-panel timber door with diagonal bracing panels. Grey slated roof with terracotta decorative ridge tiles and finials. Tooled, squared, coursed and corniced wallhead stack with square clay can.
