Orchard House, 3 Pullar Avenue, Bridge Of Allan

Orchard House is a detached mansion built around 1904 or 1905, featuring a two-storey asymmetrical design with elements of the modern movement. The exterior is harled and whitewashed, with a slightly overhanging first floor and a tiled roof that has a bell cast. The entrance front's right-hand section includes a gable that slightly projects, housing the entrance hall and staircase. It features a Roman Doric columned porch with a bell cast and a piend roof on the left, balanced by a chimney shaft and a canted bay with a plain parapet to the right of a tall staircase window located slightly off-center.

Inside, there is notable interior work that reflects a simple treatment influenced by Salmon and Gillespie, with a design reminiscent of C. R. Mackintosh. The stair hall includes a segmentally arched inglenook beneath the second flight of stairs, beamed ceilings, and several interesting chimney pieces, one of which features a Mackintosh-style leaded glass overmantel cabinet.
