Description

Glenelm is an early Victorian Italianate villa located at 1 Park Place in Stirling. This asymmetrical building is constructed from rubble and features two storeys plus an attic. A central four-storey tower with a pyramid roof is a prominent element, showcasing a consoled and pedimented arched entrance. Above the entrance, there are small arched windows on both the first floor and lower level. To the left, there is a canted bay that has a cavetto corbel and extends through both floors, while a canted bay is present on the ground floor to the right. The roof is low pitched with broad eaves and includes a single gabled dormer.
