Description

35 Park Terrace is a mid 19th century Neo-Jacobean villa. It is a tall, two-storey building with an asymmetrical design. The villa features stugged coursers and an advanced gable with a canted bay that has a tripartite front face on the left side. The entrance is highlighted by a Roman Doric columned doorpiece, and there is a corbelled gablet feature on the right. Additionally, there is a single-storey and attic wing attached to the main structure.
