29 Park Terrace is a mid-19th century asymmetrical semi-detached pair of two-storey villas, constructed from polished ashlar. Each villa features three windows, with the windows at No 29 being slightly advanced. No 29 has a tripartite window arrangement on the right, while No 30 has a canted bay on the left. Both villas have an arched and banded doorpiece adorned with simple large-scale mouldings, and they are topped with slated roofs.
