Description
17 Park Place is an early to mid-Victorian asymmetrical Italianate villa that stands two stories tall. The building is designed in an L-shape, featuring a three-storey tower with a pyramid roof located in the re-entrant angle. It is constructed of ashlar stone with raised quoins. To the left, there is a canted bay that extends through both floors, while the right side has segmentally arched windows with key blocks. The tower includes a doorpiece with arched and key-blocked pairs of windows on the top stage. The roof is low-pitched and slated. Additionally, there are single-storey wings on either side, each with one window and built-up screens.
