Description
Ashfield House is a mid-Victorian, two-storey, detached villa built from rubble. It features three windows, with the left-hand window being a three-light design and the others single-light. The house has two gabletted dormer heads adorned with decorative bargeboards. The central tripartite doorpiece is larger and includes a cornice and blocking course, with an arched opening at the center. The window openings are stop-chamfered and have a simple moulding, with relieving arches above them. The roof is slated and has bracketed eaves.
