Description
1-2 Park Terrace is a mid 19th century symmetrical semi-detached pair of two-storey houses with dormer heads. The entrance bays are set back and lower than the main structure. The building features two crow-stepped gables and a central bay with one window. The angles are splayed and corbelled to a square shape, with rope-moulded openings and an eaves cornice. The elaborate doorpiece has shoulders, and the roofs are slated. The overall detailing is finely executed.
