Description

3 Park Avenue is a mid-Victorian, two-storey, symmetrical semi-detached villa built from snecked rubble. The villa features two windows and paired arched doorways with Roman Doric pilasters between the arched bays, as well as stop-chamfered openings. It has a piended, slated roof. Flanking the main structure are single-storey wings, each with one window (bipartite) and one door set in screen wall extensions, which also have stop-chamfered openings.
