Description

The building at 39 Main Street, Thornhill, is a late 18th-century structure. The building comprises two sections, 37 and 39 Main Street. Number 37 is a two-storey harled building with painted margins. The building has two bays, with a door to the right and an enlarged window to the left. Above the door, an enlarged window is gabled above the eaves. Number 39 is a three-bay symmetrical building with a central door and two windows on the first floor. Straight skews and an end and axial stack are present. The building is covered by a slate roof.
