Description

Probably circa 1880. 2-storey villa with "Thomsonesque" detailing. Square-headed windows all have distinctive moulding over. 3 bays, the right gabled and with finial, 2 windows at ground, arcaded 3-light 1st floor window with columned mullions; inner entrance bay with doorcase, round-arched doorway with hood; broad eaves with block detail; end stacks; slate roof. Squared rubble, ashlar dressings. Partly re-glazed, original glazing plate glass sashes.
