The building is constructed of stone-cleaned ashlar and has plate glass sashes on the first floor, which include ventilators in the upper panes, while the second floor has modern glazing. Architectural details include an eaves and lintel band, a cornice, and a blocking course. There is a central stack positioned below the ridge and a cut-down end stack on the east side. The roof is slate and features rooflights.
