Description
Dr Gorman's Statue is located at the Old Parish Church on Main Street in Rutherglen, Glasgow. Created by sculptor Joyann Keller in 1901, the statue is inscribed and dated. It features a seated bronze figure of Dr Gorman, who lived from 1832 to 1899 and was a surgeon. The statue is set in a recess at the corner of the kirkyard wall that faces Queen Street and is raised on a tall white granite plinth.
