The first floor has Roman Doric pilasters flanking Venetian windows, while the second floor windows have painted margins.
On the northwest (entrance) elevation, the entrance is positioned to the outer left and features a two-leaf aluminium glazed door with a fanlight above. To the right of the entrance are two shopfront windows. The first floor has a Venetian window, and the second floor contains three single windows, with the centre window being blind.
The southwest elevation, facing Newmarket Street, is three bays wide with the centre bay recessed. The entrance is located at the outer right and has a glazed timber door, flanked by shop windows. There are additional shop windows in the bays to the left. The attic has two piended dormers on the outer left and right.
The second floor windows have six-pane upper sashes, except for the central bay on the southwest elevation. The roof is covered with grey slate and has coped stacks with circular cans. The interior was not seen in 1998.
