Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-storey, 2-bay tenement with ground floor shop. Painted ashlar. Cill course to 2nd floor; eaves course; cornice; blocking course. Angle blocks and block pediments to 1st floor corniced windows; architraves to 2nd floor windows.

NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrance to left to modern shopfront at ground; aluminium glazed door; letterbox fanlight; shop window to right. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; small coped stack to outer left of blocking course; circular can.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
