Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay corner block with modern shopfront at ground floor. Painted render. Cornice to shopfront fascia; eaves course; cornice. Painted strip quoin to left only; painted margins to window openings.

NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 4-bay. Recessed entrance to shop to left; modern 2-leaf glazed door; letterbox fanlight; single shop windows flanking (additional window to right); 2-leaf timber door to outer right; letterbox fanlight. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors.

NE (HOPE STREET) ELEVATION: 3-bay. Modern shopfront at ground floor; regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors, blind bays to centre and right.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows to upper floors. Grey slate roof; coped gablehead stack to left; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
