Description

St Leonards, located on Maxwell Lane in Kelso, is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories tall with a basement. The south-facing front features three bays, with a central door that is accessed by railed steps leading over an area. The door is framed by a moulded architrave and cornice. The exterior is finished with harl pointed rubble, which includes projecting polished margins around the windows and angle quoins. There is a block eaves-course, and the roof is piended and slated, topped with rectangular block corniced stacks at the sides.
