Description

Dated 1811 with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan end of terrace house, with addition to rear. Squared and snecked whinstone with painted sandstone dressings; harled SW and rear elevations. Long and short quoins and margins to openings; eaves course.

SE (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: modern panelled door to centre at ground with plate glass rectangular fanlight; datestone above; window at 1st floor. Window to each floor of flanking bays.

NW ELEVATION: not seen fully, 1995. Stair window at centre with single storey addition projecting from left of centre.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Modern concrete tiled roof with harled coped wallhead stack to SW; coped ashlar skew to NE.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
