Description

This is a bronze bust of Robert Burns, created by F W Doyle-Jones in 1912. The bust is mounted on a pink granite plinth that features channels and a cornice, resting on a square base adorned with carved swags. The shaft has raised carved lettering that reads 'BURNS' at the top and 'BRAW BRAW LADS' at the base. The original wrought iron railings are located at the rear, while recent metal railings are installed on the sides.
