Description

74 East High Street in Crieff is an early 19th-century terraced house that is two stories high and has a rectangular plan. The exterior is harled with stone cills, and it features base, band, and eaves lintel courses.

The south-facing elevation is symmetrical, with a modern door located in the center at ground level, flanked by windows in the side bays. The first floor has regular fenestration. The windows are timber sash and case with a plate glass glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slates and includes a small modern rooflight, along with coped harled stacks.
