13 Kenmore Street, Aberfeldy

13 Kenmore Street is a traditional house built in the earlier to mid 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with an L-shaped plan, constructed from chlorite-slate rubble featuring large quoins, projecting cills, and slab lintels.

The north (principal) elevation is symmetrical, with a modern door located in the center at ground level, flanked by windows in the outer bays. The first floor has regular fenestration close to the eaves.

The east elevation is blank, with a gable on the right side. The west elevation is a plain gabled wall. The north (rear) elevation is harled and includes a variety of elements, such as a gabled wing that projects to the right, featuring two dormer-headed windows on its return to the left, along with some enlarged openings.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing, and the roof is covered with graded grey slates. The chimneys are made of coped ashlar with thackstanes and cans, some of which are polygonal.
