Toberargan House, Toberargan Road, Pitlochry

Toberargan House is a late 18th to early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay traditional house with a rectangular plan and a single-storey wing at the rear, forming an L-shape. The exterior features banded squared and snecked rubble, with random rubble on the sides and rear, and large squared quoins.

The south elevation is symmetrical, featuring a part-glazed timber door and a later gabled timber porch at the centre bay on the ground floor. There are windows in the flanking bays and regular fenestration near the eaves on the first floor.

On the west elevation, there is a blank gabled bay to the right of centre, with a small window at the extreme right and small modern rooflights in the centre and left of the slightly set-back single-storey wing to the left.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks.
