Description
Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical house in terrace. Harled at ground; roughly coursed rubble at 1st floor with cement margins to openings. Band course between ground and 1st floor; consolled eaves course with consols also flanking 1st floor windows.
W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2-leaf timber panelled storm doors with rectangular fanlight and deep-set timber panelled door with rectangular fanlight behind at ground in bay to centre. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.
12-paned timber sash and case windows; flush rooflight to W pitch; Caithness slate; stone ridge; replacement concrete skews; common harled, coped multi-flue ridge stack to N; rubble stack to S with replaced cement cope; uPVC rainwater goods.
