Description

Earlier-mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan near-symmetrical house with lean-to projection spanning bays at right to rear. Harled. 1st floor windows hugging eaves.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: boarded door, offset to left of centre at ground; centred window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: small window, offset to left of centre, to lean-to projection spanning bays to right; boarded door to left return; centred window an window to right at 1st floor above. Later small lean-to with corrugated-iron roof to outer left.

E (SIDE) ELEVATION: window at each floor, offset to right of centre; gablehead stack above.

4-pane timber sash and case windows, predominantly boarded. Graded stone tone tiled roof; stone ridge; harled, coped gablehead stacks; cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.

OUTBUILDING: single storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan squared rubble outbuilding sited to rear (N) of main house. S (MAIN) ELEVATION: timber door in bay to centre; window (boarded) in each bay flanking. 2-leaf sliding doors to E gable. corrugated-iron roof; concrete skews.
