Description

Mid to later 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey (over basement at rear) 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical end-of-terrace cottage built on ground falling to rear (E). Pointed coursed rubble with ashlar cills. Windows set close under eaves.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: timber door with 2-pane letterbox fanlight in bay to centre. Window in each bay flanking.

E (REAR) ELEVATION: central timber T-plan forestair. Timber oriel porch at ground to right, over basement window below. window at ground over basement window in bay to left. Boarded basement door to right of centre.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: single bay. Window at ground to right; gablehead stack above.

Predominantly small-pane timber-framed windows; unevenly disposed rooflights to W pitch; small rooflight to E pitch. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; corniced rubble gablehead stack to N; mutual stack to S; concrete skews; uPVC rainwater goods.
