Description
9-10 South Crescent Road in Ardrossan is a semi-detached building dating from after 1856. It has three storeys and six bays, with a rendered exterior. The building features a pair of pilastered doorpieces, although these are currently obscured by a modern extension.
On the first floor, there are three windows with a cill course, flanked by two additional windows. The second floor has three windows as well. The design includes angle and central pilasters, a cornice, and a blocking course. The building has straight skews and a slate roof, which is topped with three stacks that have four or five octagonal flues.
