Description

This is a row of twelve cottages, known as the Twelve Apostles, located in Catacol, Arran. The cottages date to the single-storey and attic gabled period, and are constructed with limewashed and harled walls and a ridge slate roof. The windows are stone-framed and painted in a variety of colours. The doorways feature simple, pedimented stone hoods. The statutory address includes the cottages numbered 1-12, Catacol, and their front garden walls.
