32 Glasgow Street, Ardrossan

32 Glasgow Street in Ardrossan is an early 19th-century building that is part of the original layout designed for Lord Eglington by the architect Peter Nicholson in 1806. This two-storey terrace features a mix of three-window and four-window arrangements across its facade, which is constructed of painted ashlar. The ground floor of all units has later shopfronts, with number 46 showcasing a pilastered doorpiece. All windows are designed with margins, and the building has a continuous eaves course, cornice, and blocking course.

The structure has straight skews and end stacks, with numbers 38-40 featuring a central wallhead that incorporates both inner and outer pilasters, topped with a battlemented stack. The roofs are covered with slate, and numbers 70-72 include two piended canted dormers. Additionally, there are some rear stair turrets present.
