Description
8 North Beach in Stornoway, Lewis, is likely an early 19th-century, two-storey house featuring three bays. The ground floor has an asymmetrically-placed window in the right bay. The exterior is finished with painted render and margins, and there is a panelled door. The house has modern sash windows with four-pane glazing and a steep-pitched slate roof, which includes skews and an end stack on the right side. A taller hotel is attached to the left, and there is a single modern rooflight located centrally on the roof.
